2022 Annual Review – Celebrating a Year of Victories!
Ultimate liberty is founded in believing and accepting the redemptive message of the gospel through Christ. He is the Messiah that was prophesied throughout scripture written hundreds of years before He divinely sacrificed His life on earth.
We are in a pivotal time in history, and God has used Advocates mightily this year to advance the Kingdom. But the fight is not over.
Finishing on a Win!
We have three significant victoriesto report that will impact elections, medical freedom, and the right to spread the Gospel in public!
We want to encourage you: Do not fear! I’m sure you have many concerns regarding the immoral laws being adopted and the general state of our nation. But God has provided many victories through the work of our lawyers and the faithfulness of our clients to stand against evil.
Another Victory to Report, But the State is Relentless!
As I’m sure you are aware, our public institutions have used a State of Emergency as a means to, yet again, capitalize on attacking our freedoms and constitutional liberties. This month, we took on the State of California in the latest attempt to censor any information contradicting the bureaucracy.
Does the Church Have a Say?
On November 8, 2022, Californians will vote on Proposition 1, an extreme abortion measure that, if passed, will establish an unrestrained right to abortion in the State of California.
Fiscal Impact 2021-2022
As you know, we are a non-profit law firm, fighting relentlessly to preserve our constitutional freedom and our right to exercise our faith to fulfill The Great Commission. As our 2021- 2022 fiscal year has drawn to a close, we can see how God is using all of you to bring Him glory through partnership with our cause.
Adventure Church
Adventure Church moved into Tower Theater in September 2020 when they started holding church services and entered into a purchase agreement with the owner of the theater.
Since then, the City has shown it will stop at nothing to prevent the Church from buying the property.
Election Case
Soon after the 2020 election, I was asked to meet with the Sacramento County Registrar of Voters. I received a tour of the county election facility where all the election machines and data are stored.
Election Machines: Courtesy of China I was surprised to see the hundreds of boxes of computers and tabulators with the stamp: “Dominion Voting” and “Made in China.” I asked the registrar: “Why in the world would we be using election machines made in China” and why are you using “Dominion Voting instead of one of its competitors?”
Her answer surprised me. She said the California Secretary of State told the counties that the state would only provide funding for upgrading electronic election systems if the county purchased the Dominion Voting system!
I cannot say that this necessarily proves anything in a court of law, but if true, it certainly raises grave concern in my mind over the integrity of our elections. At the time, President Trump had instituted significant trade sanctions against China, and I have no doubt that China and other countries would have loved to manipulate our elections.
Is There a Disconnect Between Church-goers and Their Pastors?
As a national defender in the fight for religious freedoms and parental rights, Advocates for Faith & Freedom has increasingly seen pastors back away from teaching biblical worldviews from the pulpit, primarily because of their perception that their congregants...

Twenty-nine-year-old Nada Higuera stood in the courtroom last April, her growing belly an accessory to her case briefs and plea binders. As an attorney with Advocates for Faith & Freedom—a California-based non-profit law firm dedicated to protecting religious...
