Religous Accomodation For Vaccines

We receive a high volume of inquiries and may not be able to respond to every request for assistance. Before contacting us, we encourage individuals to first pursue a religious accommodation through the process provided by their employer, school, or institution. Our legal team continues to litigate cases that seek to affirm and strengthen protections for sincerely held religious beliefs under the law.

Advocates for Faith & Freedom is committed to protecting the right of individuals to freely live out their faith. As part of that commitment, we have developed a Vaccine Religious Accommodation Request Template to assist those seeking an exemption based on sincerely held religious beliefs. Schools, employers, and government entities may require certain medical interventions or vaccinations as a condition of participation or employment. This template is intended to help individuals clearly articulate their faith-based convictions and formally request a lawful religious accommodation.

Please note that use of this template is provided for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client relationship with Advocates for Faith & Freedom.

Frequently Asked Questions

Denied Exemption or Unreasonable Accommodation

If you have been denied an exemption or if you were granted an exemption but believe the accommodation given is unreasonable we would be interested in hearing from you. At this time due to our current caseload and the volume of requests we have received we have to be very selective in any cases we take on. Advocates can only take on a limited number of cases and in order to bring about the greatest impact we carefully choose cases that will establish precedent.

We respect your fight against forced vaccinations and believe your desire for freedom is a fight worth taking on, which is why we want to guide you in the right direction. If you want to pursue the matter further, you must file a complaint with either the regional office of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) or your State’s equivalent. Below you can download a free document that walks you through this process.
